My husband and I wish to extend our "thank you" to everyone at Distinctive Bathrooms and Kitchens who played a part in our recent bathroom renovation.
We are extrememly pleased with the finished product but wish to comment on the professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness of the entire team; from the designer Amandine Denereaz and the project manager, Bill Neill to all the various tradesmen who helped to create such a positive atmosphere and a beautiful final result.
We will certainly be returning to Distinctive Bathrooms and Kitchens when we plan our kitchen renovation next year.

Dear Dan
I am writing to tell you how please we are with the two renovated bathrooms. Everyhting looks wonderful and the spaces both function very well.
We also wanted to say how impressed we are with Paul Sabourin and his crew. They were consistently very proefessional, polite and punctual. They also
treated our house with great respect and care and were meticulous in cleaning up every day. Above all, the work was carried out efficiently and to the
highest stndard. Paul made every effort to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and nothing wwas left overlooked. I would highly
recommend Paul and his crew to anyone contemplating a renovation.
This was the second time we have dealt with Distincctive Bathrooms & Kitchens. The success of our first experience brouhgt us back. This second experience
was just as positive. We will certianly recommend you to our friends and neighbours

My husband and I would like to express our extreme satsifaction with the exemplary work done by Mr. Paul Sabourin and his crew in the renovation of our ensuite bathroom. paul and his workmen were always polite and professional, putting the satisfaction of the homeowner first. At the end of each day they made sure that all work spaces were clean, neat and tidy. Anytime there were problems, and there were some, Paul went out of his way to solve them in order to minimize any inconvenience.
His workmanship in all areas (demolition and preparatory work including electrical, plumbing, ceramic, installation of the vanity etc.) was excellent. He never cut corners and was always prepared to address any questions/concerns we had. For us, his company exemplefies the statement "It's all about customer satisfaction".
Even thought we had some negative experiences with the personnel we dealt with at the Distinctive Bathrooms and Kitchens, Paul's workmanship, ability to manage and co-ordinate other trades helped to redeem the company.
Because of Paul's professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction we would be pleased to recommend him.

Dear Sir:
My bathroom is now renovated, and I am very pleased with it.
I would like to thank my consultant, Mr. Brad Hargrove, for all his help and suggestions. He was very patient with me, as I chose all the items for my new bathroom. He has very good customer service skills. He's polite, he listens and he makes you feel comfortable dealing with him. (I realize he has left Distinctive but he was very capable).
I am also very pleased with the Project Manager, Mr. Bill Neil who kept me informed daily, and the tradespeople. (Charlie and his helper Martin; Shane(plumber); (the electrician) and (Dan, who did the tiling). Everyone was very polite, punctual and reliable, and they cleaned up as they went along. I have had many nice comments about my new bathroom.
It took me almost two years to find your company and I am glad I choose Distinctive. I saw your Company truck with your logo on it in our condo parking lot. I took down the telephone number and followed up.
I especially like the set-up of your store. A person can go from one area to the next and get many good ideas on how their bathroom will look when it's finished.

Dear Dan:
We wanted to write you a note to let you know how delighted we are with our bathroom and dressing room which you designed and your company completed for us. We were so appreciative of all your expertise and input.
We were informed that each and every night when to expect the trades of people the next day and they showed up promptly on schedule. We would particularly like to mention yourself, Richard, Dan, Jason, Nick and Roger as being a few of the people who completed their work to the highest of standars.
It was a pleasure working with you and we have no hesitation in recommending you and your company to anyone who is building or who is remondeling their kitchens or bathrooms.

When our bathroom renovation project went bad you and the staff at Distinctive Bathrooms and Kitchens where there to help us. And, for this we sincerely thank you!
As you are acutely aware, our bathroom was a disaster and we were bruised emotionally and financially. A contractor, who claimed to be an expert in bathroom renovations, left us with a hefty bill and an unacceptable bathtub and tile installation. We were uncertain about what to do and how to repair the damage.
