This is an update to my initial review (see below for first review). Last summer we had our kitchen renovated. As you can imagine we were anxious about the amount of time it would take. We went to see Kelly again for the design and consultation and she reassured us to not stress over this. As with our bathroom designs, the process was very smooth with Kelly and she helped us keep costs down. Sheilagh the PM was very responsive and Michel and the reno crew were efficient, polite and did excellent work. Believe it or now, we had a functioning kitchen after 3 weeks! Recently had a tub to shower conversion and we were very happy with the entire process and the completed work. We initially dealt with Kelly who we found to be very knowledgeable and helpful and who did an excellent job of helping us to choose and get started with the project. There was regular communication regarding job scheduling and everything happened when it was supposed to, and the way we wanted. The workers did a great job and communicated exactly what they were going to do each day. Without question we would use them again. Based on our experience I would highly recommend this company.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen!!! Every time we walk into the room we’re amazed at how beautiful it is, how functional it is and how it’s exactly what we wanted and more!! Thank you to the whole team: Tanya Letourneau’s fantastic design magic, Dominic and Tania Galloway managing the project, Veronica managing the financials and Kim and Dawson and all the other trades people who made the plans a reality that we get to enjoy for many years to come!! DBK did a partial bathroom reno for us several years ago and we loved it and we immediately went to them for our full kitchen reno! We highly recommend DBK!!

We had our bathroom completely renovated in January with Distinctive. Our consultant was Kelly, a very friendly, knowledgeable young woman. Kelly listened to our ideas and needs and provided excellent advice to help us come up with a design. She met with us several times providing worksheets on products and reminding us if we were going over budget. We were extremely satisfied with the workmanship and timeline, resulting in a beautiful bathroom. We would highly recommend Distinctive and Kelly as your consultant.

The DBK Team was completely professional and wonderful to deal with. From the first meeting with our consultant to the numerous planning sessions, questions, revisions to the last day when they finished the project and the crew left, we could not be any happier. We had our Kitchen fully renovated this summer. Kelly and her team were professional, organized and easy to work with. Kelly came up with a design that we had not even thought of. We are so happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend her to anyone! The contractors were phenomenal, they treated our home like it was theirs. Very respectful. The weekly & daily schedules that we received were very helpful. They definitely know what they are doing. If we had to renovate our kitchen again, which we won’t LOL, we would not hesitate to reach out to them. Fantastic job. Thank you Kelly, thank you to the contractors.

As soon as we met our designer Kelly, we knew we wanted to work with her. She was amazing, knowledgeable, patient and fun to work with. Came up with a design we hadn’t considered and went with hers. Thrilled we did. Loved the weekly schedules so we knew what was coming. Everyone involved always answered our questions patiently. Every person in the crew we met was lovely. Shoutout to Kim and Dawson who were great leads and seemed to perform magic. Have recommended to friends.
