She listened to my concerns and my style ideas then guided me through the process of picking out all products for my bathroom renovation as well as answering all my construction related questions with confidence. DBK supplied and installed my bathroom on time and within budget. The installers were patient with me when I had questions and took the time to answer thoroughly.

We had our Kitchen fully renovated this summer. Kelly and her team were professional, organized and easy to work with. Kelly came up with a design that we had not even thought of. We are so happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend her to anyone! The contractors were phenomenal, they treated our home like it was theirs. Very respectful. The weekly & daily schedules that we received were very helpful. They definitely know what they are doing. If we had to renovate our kitchen again, which we won’t LOL, we would not hesitate to reach out to them. Fantastic job. Thank you Kelly, thank you to the contractors.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen!!! Every time we walk into the room we’re amazed at how beautiful it is, how functional it is and how it’s exactly what we wanted and more!! DBK did a partial bathroom reno for us several years ago and we loved it and we immediately went to them for our full kitchen reno! We highly recommend DBK!!

We had a great experience with Distinctive for the upgrade of our bathroom. From the design process, choosing of materials, through to the handling of the project itself, all was handled wonderfully. The contractors were terrific in their communication – letting us know when and what they were doing each step of the project. We are very happy with the result of our upgrade and would go back to Distinctive for future projects.

Recently had a tub to shower conversion and we were very happy with the entire process and the completed work. We initially dealt with Kelly who we found to be very knowledgeable and helpful and who did an excellent job of helping us to choose and get started with the project. There was regular communication regarding job scheduling and everything happened when it was supposed to, and the way we wanted. The workers did a great job and communicated exactly what they were going to do each day. Without question we would use them again. Based on our experience I would highly recommend this company.

I want to thank the DBK Ottawa team for the successful renewal of my Kitchen. Emily (Meechan) using her talent and ability translated my general comments into a comprehensive design which included accessories, couleur scheme and cost. Emily personality made that process extremely easy for me. Them, Kim, and Dennis took Emily’s plans and started the installation process. I was surprised to see my kitchen appearing under my eyes. throw-out the project I could appreciate Kim’s experience and workmanships. I realize that the successful completion of the project also needed people to manage the logistic of the project. Their dedication made sure that materials arrived promptly and the efforts of various trades were well coordinated. It is the second time that I use DBK for kitchen renovations and I am happy with my decision both times.

Huguette and I had our kitchen and three bathrooms completely renovated. Sara Akra was our designer for all the projects and we were very pleased with the design and results. Thanks also to the excellent team of coordinators, schedulers and workers who were in our home for 7 weeks until completion. We knew everyone by name and are very pleased with the high standards and excellent workmanship the workers displayed at all times.

As soon as we met our designer Kelly, we knew we wanted to work with her. She was amazing, knowledgeable, patient and fun to work with. Came up with a design we hadn’t considered and went with hers. Thrilled we did. Loved the weekly schedules so we knew what was coming. Everyone involved always answered our questions patiently. Every person in the crew we met was lovely.
