we completed our dream master bathroom renovation in janaury 2026 with the amazing DBK – this company were professional and supportive from start to finish and our designer at DBK Julianna “Anna” Dykstra was amazing as were all of the trades persons and we were shocked that the project install from start too finish took 2 weeks – we will be returning to DBK and can 100% recommend this company if you are considering renovations ! – sharing the before and after pictures to show the fabulous work!

Recently had a tub to shower conversion and we were very happy with the entire process and the completed work. We initially dealt with Kelly who we found to be very knowledgeable and helpful and who did an excellent job of helping us to choose and get started with the project. There was regular communication regarding job scheduling and everything happened when it was supposed to, and the way we wanted. The workers did a great job and communicated exactly what they were going to do each day. Without question we would use them again. Based on our experience I would highly recommend this company.

We wanted a one-stop shop to tackle the largest and most stressful renovation we’ve ever done (complete kitchen Reno). DKB was very competitive in costs and coordinated every aspect of the work; design, demo, plumbing, electrical, drywalling, flooring, installation… all of it!

From our first meeting for consultation and subsequent design appointments with Julianna, we knew we made the right choice. Her design was EXACTLY what we had hoped for and needed in a kitchen. We appreciated her time and expert guidance throughout that all important foundational piece of this massive (for us anyways) undertaking.

Job foreman Kim was a phenomenal partner to work with on this as well. Professional, courteous and obviously skilled to no end. He really brought Julianna’s designs to life and did so with an attention to detail that showed just how much pride he takes in his work.

Tania was our coordinator and kept us in the loop in terms of scheduling and what to expect each day, and each week. She also was quick to respond to questions we had or any issues that popped up.

The whole DKB staff are incredible.

We hope to have them back to help us update our three bathrooms one day. Can’t recommend enough.

Huguette and I had our kitchen and three bathrooms completely renovated. Sara Akra was our designer for all the projects and we were very pleased with the design and results. Thanks also to the excellent team of coordinators, schedulers and workers who were in our home for 7 weeks until completion. We knew everyone by name and are very pleased with the high standards and excellent workmanship the workers displayed at all times.

I had one full bathroom renovation and a partial renovation done by Distinctive Bathrooms & Kitchens, working with Kelly as the designer. I was very pleased with the experience. The design was efficient and, mostly importantly, the workers arrived as scheduled and there was communication throughout about who would be doing what when. Very refreshing compared to other contractors! We also have beautiful results.

We had a great experience with Distinctive for the upgrade of our bathroom. From the design process, choosing of materials, through to the handling of the project itself, all was handled wonderfully. The contractors were terrific in their communication – letting us know when and what they were doing each step of the project. We are very happy with the result of our upgrade and would go back to Distinctive for future projects.

DBK replaced the shower in my ensuite bathroom. The work was completed on schedule we are very pleased with the outcome. A few weeks later I had a minor issue with a rust stain. Contacted DBK on a Monday and by Friday the issue was rectified. I must say that this is the best after sales service I have ever received from any contractor I have dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend DBK.

We had our Kitchen fully renovated this summer. Kelly and her team were professional, organized and easy to work with. Kelly came up with a design that we had not even thought of. We are so happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend her to anyone! The contractors were phenomenal, they treated our home like it was theirs. Very respectful. The weekly & daily schedules that we received were very helpful. They definitely know what they are doing. If we had to renovate our kitchen again, which we won’t LOL, we would not hesitate to reach out to them. Fantastic job. Thank you Kelly, thank you to the contractors.
